Adult Soccer Leagues
Off The Wall Sports offers recreational and competitive indoor soccer leagues for adults ages 18+. League play continues throughout the year. Registration deadlines and session start dates are posted below. Teams play eight games during each season. Game nights for your team will be the same each week; however, there are instances when we must schedule your game on a different day. Game times will vary from week to week.

All players must obtain an Off The Wall Sports Membership. Players with an expired or no membership are ineligible for any adult league games. All players must also have a current waiver form filled out and signed (can also be done online).

Pick-Up Games
Off The Wall Sports offers weekly recreational pick-up indoor soccer games for Adult Open (Coed 18 & Up) and Women’s Over 30. Pick-up game are scheduled throughout the week. Players must pre-register and pay each week to reserve their spot. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up soon!
- Sign up as individuals
- 7 vs 7 for two 23 minute halves.
- These games are more about building friendships, exercise and having fun.
- Space is limited! Pre-register to ensure your spot!
- Registration is weekly.
- $12 per game. No membership required. Must sign a waiver.
Lunch League
Need an active lunch break? Off The Wall Sports offers weekly pick-up coed recreational indoor soccer games for men and women 18 and up. The games will be played weekly on Friday’s at 12pm.
- Ages 18 and up
- Fridays from 12PM-1:30PM
- Players must pre-register to reserve their spot
- 7 vs. 7 for up to 90 minutes to ensure playing time. It’s a “friendly” game with no referee.
- These games are more about building friendships, exercise, and having fun than wins and losses.
- Space is limited!
- $11 a game. Active members receive $2 discount.
